About our store

You don't need to drive a 50 mile roundtrip for the thrill of shopping at Wal-Mart or Winn-Dixie.  We have everything you'd expect to find in a neighborhood grocery store   --  and many things you wouldn't expect.  If you live in or around our beautiful island, or if you're just visiting, check us out.  If you don't see what you want, please ask.  Maybe it's not where you'd expect to find it, maybe we can get it for you (we'll try) or maybe we can suggest something else.

Most of all, we'd love you to visit us, and we'd love to talk to you.  But don't be in a hurry, we're on island time.

We're open   Monday - Thursday  8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Friday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Sunday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

We're located downtown, on the corner of State Route 24 (the only way in) and 3rd Street, 3 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico.

Cedar Key is in Levy County on the west coast of Florida, 150 miles north of Tampa Bay, 150 miles south of Tallahassee, 150 miles south-west of Jacksonville, and 150 miles northwest of Orlando - give or take some country miles.  We are 60 miles west of Gainesville, home of the Gators, the 1996 national champion football team. We sell beer & wine on Sundays -- and sometimes drink it too.
